Cindy Murphy, P.G.A. is an award-winning Creative Media Producer, Director, and Strategist with more than 15 years of experience crafting high-impact video and branded content for television networks, global brands, startups, and cultural institutions. She is known for her ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories—balancing strong narrative instincts with efficient production execution and platform-specific strategy.
Cindy has led projects across every stage of production, from early concept development and creative direction through filming, post-production, and final delivery. Her work spans branded campaigns, commercials, social and digital video, experiential media, museum installations, and premium television. Whether leading full crews or stepping in to elevate creative, direct talent, or sharpen story, she brings clarity, confidence, and momentum to every project. In addition to client work, Cindy is an undergraduate media instructor with a deep commitment to teaching and mentoring emerging creatives. She brings an educator’s mindset to every project—translating complex production workflows into clear, actionable direction for clients, teams, and talent, while fostering collaboration, confidence, and creative growth.
As the founder of The Free Radicalz, Cindy has delivered more than 100 completed projects for clients including the Art Directors Guild, BET, Mars Petcare, Solid Gold Pet, Boca Raton Museum of Art, and ProScore Technologies. Her work has been recognized with a Telly Award for Best Campaign for Mars Petcare’s Nutro Natural Choice.
Previously, Cindy served as a Video Editor and In-Studio Director at New American Funding, contributing to high-volume, fast-turn content for a $10B financial services brand, and as a Digital Content Producer for Sinclair Broadcast Group’s FOX/CW affiliates in Nashville. Earlier in her career, she produced multiple seasons of premium television for NBC, CBS, Bravo, Showtime, AMC, and FOX, including work on Undercover Boss as part of an Emmy-winning team.
Cindy is equally fluent in creative leadership and hands-on execution, with deep expertise in directing, editorial oversight, and post-production workflows. She holds a B.A. in Media Arts (Film & Television) from Emerson College and is a member of the Producers Guild. Her work is driven by a belief that strong storytelling—done with intention, precision, and heart—creates lasting impact.
